Pork chicks and yankee chops

I just turned 48 and maybe it is a memory problem that I can?t think of anything to Blog. Oh yeah, I did have a few observations this week: Ever notice that there is Veal Parmigiana, and Chicken Parmigiana, and even Eggplant Parmigiana. Why don?t they have Pork Chops Parmigiana? Maybe I am on to a million dollar idea? And why is Parmigiana not in my spell checker? Is it a conspiracy? How about the north and the south. Ever notice that the south has: Southern Fried Chicken, Southern Rock-n-roll, and the Dixie Chicks, to name a few. What does the north have? Okay, there are Philly Cheeses Steaks, New York, and the Patriots; but nothing that actually says northern. I grew up in the north with southern parents. That means I can tell northern and southern jokes. I think the north at least needs a good chick band like The Yankee Girls or something. Maybe I?m tired?
