Embrace the Changes that are Coming!

Embrace the Changes that are Coming!

I had spiritual experience and prophetic dream today and want to share some insight regarding what is happening in the spiritual realm. I saw a huge attack of discouragement that was intended to get people to believe they are worthless and not able to change. This was so strong that some people were actually contemplating suicide.

Dream

I had a dream this morning of a strong wind that started blowing from the ocean on to the land. It blew up sand so strongly that it was nearly blinding. I watched from a place of safety. I was concerned for people. Then a huge battleship blew into the land hitting buildings. Again I was concerned for the people. In the dream I knew the wind was spiritual and from God.

Spiritual climate change

There is a massive wind of change that is finally coming. This spiritual climate shift is happening in order to blow away the things in our lives that have held us back in the past. It will remove things we have “battled” with in the past. As long as we are in the place that God has called us to we will be safe.

I really believe we need to embrace the changes that are coming and not be afraid. Fight the discouragement this week because over the next two weeks there will be several waves of turn around. It’s time to be encouraged!!

Blessings

Thanks so much for sharing this dream, Doug. It helps so much when we know we’re not in this alone. When all the warfare piles on, the tendancy is to go inward, and soon we’re drowning/overwhelmed! The Lord warned me/encouraged me to keep looking up! To make it my occupation to contend for peace and joy; to press in with thanksgiving, and I still get blindsighted sometimes.
I hope with all my heart that this is the last push before we see the crowning! The Lord told me in February that “the fruitfulness of your womb is about to spring forth! Fetch the brew (those God breathed dreams/revelations that have been simmering on the back burner) and grab the birthing stool (pray it in/midwife it in). That word came at 4:12 a.m. and I am really hoping that indicated April 2012. What do you think?

Thank you Doug for the word. I am always amazed at how timely your words come and for just the right issues. The suicide you mentioned is very sad, and causes me to have a sobering reflection on my life and lives of others. I feel such an importance on intercession so our world wide family of God will not lose heart.

last week was very difficult for me on so many levels. I was so discouraged and felt like giving up hope. This post confirms to me that I don’t need to give up hope. Thank you.

I am so sorry that happened Doug! I had a neighbor commit suicide recently and for the first time I realized, it is actually one of the most selfish things a person can do to leave their loved ones to live out their lives dealing with the choice that they made.
Thank you for your article on winds of change!

Wow I posted this prophetic word Friday night and I went to speak at a church in Denver on Saturday and one of their members had committed suicide. Very sad but confirms this attack of discouragement is real and strong. That being said, the wind of change that will follow it will be just as great!!

Hey Doug, I’m posting from B’ham, AL. The forecast has suddenly turned windy and cool today with 30 mph wind gusts “roaring” off the mid-Atlantic. Here’s the post the local weather forecast:

I think we have all our bases covered for this forecast. A cold front moved through the state fairly unnoticed on Saturday. Drier and cooler air began filtering in behind it and the clearing line moved grudgingly slowly southeastward overnight. Temperatures fell into the 40s in most locations. Today ‘s weather headline will be the wind. North and northwesterly winds on the back side of an intensifying low pressure system in the mid-Atlantic will be roaring, averaging 10-20 mph with occasional gusts to 30 mph. There should be a good supply of sunshine today, but there could be a few cloudy periods as well. Highs will top out in the upper 60s. Lows tonight will be in the 40s again, not reaching their potential because it will still be windy tonight.

Embracing the winds of change down in Dixie.

Thank you, Doug!! What you have been sharing for the past several months has been EXACTLY what I and my entire family have been going through. I know he is speaking the same message of breakthrough to many people, and I am holding onto His promise. You’re right! It is TIME to be encouraged…to walk as if we’re in a bubble of protection and peace because the truth is, we are. His goodness is overwhelming!
