Living in a town of 1400 people is still taking adjustment. We were so excited when they began to build a new store just 3 miles from our home. We prayed that it would be a Trader Joe’s or a Whole Foods…wow, maybe it will be an all organic market. They unveiled the sign this week and as the locals say, “Goober me!” It was another Dollar General. I guess the Dollar General is like a Trader Joes, all those fancy imported eats (from New Jersey) all for $1. Never mind the dents, tire marks, and expired dates, it is only dollar! We are truly a blessed nation. Hey maybe we can open our own specialty food market and call it ‘Tader Joe’s”
