Coming
changes in leadership.

There is a change coming in leadership! A number of prophetic words
have recently carried this message. Usually when something
happens in the spiritual realm, it is reflected in the
natural as well. We have seen a shakeup in the corporate
world; CEOs and leaders have resigned and charges have been
brought against them. This change in leadership is also
beginning in government and will filter down to the smaller
business community and to local churches.

My Dream

I had a dream that I was in a room with some leaders and a tornado was approaching. There was no
time to react. Everything began to rotate clock-wise as if
the tornado was in the room. I saw a chair float by as I too
was picked up and poltergeisted. I was about to grab hold of
the chair when the Lord said to me, “Many people have died
because they held onto their chairs.” Just then I heard the
cry of a leader being swept away because he was hanging on
to his chair. Then I heard a voice on the radio say, “There
are musical chairs at 57,000 feet.”

The meaning of the dream:

There is a change coming in leadership. In order for us to be more easily used by the Lord we must
hold our current positions loosely.

The tornado was allowed by God (shown by the clock-wise spin as opposed to counter-clockwise).
Chairs often represent our positions. Those who try to hold
onto their positions, instead of flowing in what God has for
them, will not be able to survive the change that is coming.
57,000: 5+7=12 which is the number of leadership and
government. The fact that the number is in the thousands
indicates a higher level, or degree of change.

There will be a shift in the entire body of Christ, from pastors to lay leaders, as these
changes come about . New positions will open up that have
been occupied by people who are not necessarily called to do
what they have been doing. Some leaders who have lost their
vision will gain fresh new insight from the Lord and begin
to lead their churches to new levels.

How will we respond?

I have noticed a dramatic increase in the number of people who feel that they are supposed to be
doing something else, but the something else is not yet
clear. I have had numerous phone calls and e-mails from
people seeking advice and direction from the Lord for their
current situation.

When we sense that change is coming, it does not necessarily mean that we should leave our jobs,
move, or change churches.

Many people are picking up this coming change in the spiritual realm . When we sense things like
this we must be careful to use wisdom and seek the Lord on
how it applies to our own situation. I often find that many
revelatory gifted people tend to lack “spiritual
depth-perception”. We hear things in the Spirit but are not
always able to discern whether it’s for next week or ten
years from now. Timing is crucial in our journey with the
Lord.
