Tele-Seminars Internet Training Sessions Scheduled Events Support & FAQ
Tele-Seminars: Interactive teleconferences via a regular telephone. Each session is usually 60 minutes in length (live unless otherwise noted) with the opportunity for questions and answers with the instructor. Cell phones and speaker phones are not recommended and can sometimes interfere with the Q&A sessions.
Internet Training Session:
A Web-based interactive classroom training session on your computer. A high-speed, DSL, cable, or broadband internet connection is required (no dial up) and speakers or a headset are recommended. A toll-based telephone number (you pay your own long distance if applicable) is available for those who do not have speakers or sound on their computer. Interpret Your Dreams – Internet Training Session - ITDI1
The basics of understanding dreams from a spiritual stand point will be discussed. You will have the opportunity to submit your (short) dreams to be interpreted during this interactive internet training. Though not all dreams will be interpreted, hearing other’s dreams interpreted helps you to understand yours. This online classroom uses live video and an electronic whiteboard to diagram dreams with interactive chat for Q&A.
Q: How will I be notified of how to access the online training?
A: Once you pay for the event either through our online secure shopping cart or by calling 800-507-7853, you will receive an email with specific instructions on how and when to connect to the event.
Q: How does the WebEx Training software work?
A: Simply follow the link in the email you received inviting you to the training session. When prompted, put in the password for the meeting (from the invitation email). The installation process of the WebEx software takes only a few minutes and is fully automatic. It is very easy. You may be prompted to call a telephone number if the seminar is being held over the telephone.
Q: What if I am unable to connect at the time of the event?
A: We recommend connection 10 minutes early for all Internet Training Sessions. If it is your first time connecting, WebEx Training Center software will automatically install on your computer. This is normal and can be trusted. Q: Can I install the Training Manager in advance of the meeting?
A: Yes.

Training Center automatically downloads, installs, and configures Training Manager for Windows the first time you start or join a training session. However, you may choose to download and run the Training Manager Installer before starting or joining a training session. You must have administrator privileges on your computer to use this installer.

Training Center automatically downloads, installs, and configures Training Manager for Mac OS X the first time you start or join a training session.

Q: What are the system requirements?
A: Most PC and Macs are compatible with the WebEx Training Center software.
Q: What if I can not attend a session that I have paid for?
A: We will issue a credit for any unattended sessions that will be good for 12 months and can be used for another Online Training course or any InLight Connection training resource or product.
