Primary Responsibilities and Tasks Include:

Planning and Scheduling

  • Work with voiceover professionals to record new commercials.
  • Interface with our Internet marketing group for podcast product specials with coupon codes.
  • Track and develop ROI reports.
  • Solicit questions from our tribe using a voice recording service. Gather audio questions that come in and do basic edits to make them short and clear.
  • Get questions on audio to Doug prior to the podcast. Have them transcribed for him so he can prepare answers.

  • We outsource the final production of our podcasts so the Podcast Production Assistant is not responsible for doing the technical aspects of mixing and editing.
  • After we record a new episode of the podcast the Podcast Production Assistant will deliver the audio to our outsourced editing group for final production.
  • Manage the process of getting the audio properly mixed and finalized to our standards guide.
  • Oversee the process of podcast delivery.
