Moving from Storms to Winds of Change

From Storms of Destruction to the Winds of Change

September 9, 2011

August was one of the most angelically active months I have seen in several years. It was also a month of intense spiritual warfare. This is because September 2011 is a shifting point from storms of destruction to winds of change. There have been a series of storms and attacks from darkness to get people to quit or to get them off track from their higher calling and destinies in God. There will be what looks like another storm in the fall of 2011, but God is in this storm and will use it to propel those who have been watching and waiting.

Watch for these things:
-Shifts in finances
-Shifts in relationships and associations
-Releases of new faith and power

Prophetic disappointments
Many people have been suffering from “prophetic disappointments.” This is coming to an end this year! We will begin to see a faster turnaround of prophetic words. 2012 is a time of more of an immediate return. We will hear God speak and see it come to pass at a much faster pace.

An open door to freedom
I had a dream and saw people worshiping God in huge warehouse-like basements with no windows. These were people that God has hidden and is about to release into their life purpose. They had been in such a tight confining place for so long that they thought it was normal to be there.

Then I saw a huge warehouse door open in the heavenly realm that blew a refreshing wind of the Holy Spirit over these “basement people.” They gathered at the door and allowed the wind to blow over them. What they did not realize was that this was a doorway to freedom and new opportunities. Many of them stood at that door looking out and thought it was revival but did not go out.

God is opening new doorways of opportunity. Many people have been hidden away for this special time. Get ready to go out and impact the world, as God is moving outside of churches.

Give up offenses against others
I have had several dreams and spiritual experiences of being in a spiritual courtroom. I often see “The Courtroom of Heaven” and Christians are jamming in to accuse one another. One of the titles of Satan is the Accuser of the Brethren (Rev 12:10). It is so important for Christians not to accuse other Christians or people … or we too will fall under this title.

Luke 6:37 says “Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.”

God would much rather have us settle our differences “out of court,” so to speak, than to have us accuse one another. Forgiveness is a key to operating in this new move coming from God.

Mediator Angels being assigned
I had a spiritual experience in which I was shown where an organization had treated me unfairly years ago. I had tried to resolve it but they denied any wrongdoing on their part. For years I have felt that what happened to me was unjust. I chose not to fight it and asked God to defend me.

In the experience, a mediator angel was assigned to my case and allowed me to voice my concerns and ask for justice. This was all done outside of the courtroom and not in front of a judge. God does not want us to judge one another but He is still a God of justice. As we let go of our offenses against others, God will bring justice to us. If we hold on to offenses, we will be placing fences between people around us. God is assigning angels to help mediate our difference so that both parties have a favorable outcome.

Books being balanced in Heaven
Adjustments are coming to people’s callings and positions. Similar to the Jewish Year of Jubilee where debts were forgiven and accounts were cleared, God is making adjustments for unjust events over the past nine years, since 2002.

In August I was awakened by an angel in the middle of the night who came and struck me on the side and told me that there was a favorable ruling on my case in Heaven. I knew that this was not just happening to me but to many people as well. I sat up and held out my arms to worship and thank God and I saw chains on my wrists that I did not know were there. The angel unlocked the chains and told me that I have been set free.

During this experience I was picturing Peter who was in jail and the angel of the Lord came in and freed him (Act 12:7). The chains had been placed on Peter at the approval of the religious leadership. Some leaders have knowingly or unknowingly limited many of God’s people. This is a time in which the chains from the past will fall off.

Significance of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur
This will be one of the more significant Jewish New Years! During Rosh Hashanah, (September 28-30), a massive shift will begin to happen. Jewish people believe that on the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur (October 8), God decides the fate of individuals for the coming new year. This year will be a time of demarcation and set the pace for the next few years. It is an amazing and strategic time to be alive!

Doug, Thank you for your daily words- they are so encouraging and accurate! I am one of those basement people and can’t wait to see what God does next. Religious chains are falling off and there is such freedom in the air. Blessings to you and your ministry.

Wow, I just realized that I had things turn around at the beginning of this year from something that happened 9 years ago! Things were not as they seemed at work and I quit my job because it was so bad. I came back almost a year ago and found out that the supervisor had been fired. What I had been told by her was untrue and she was behind most of the trouble. I was blamed for things I had not done and treated badly but after I left the same thing happened to other people before she was fired. Because of this I see justice being done. I am very excited about what God will do next! Thanks Doug.
