Position: Partner Coordinator

Status: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week—CLOSED

Location: Virtual, contractor position. U.S. or Canadian applicants only.

Position Overview
InLight is an Internet-based ministry. The role of Partner Coordinator is to cultivate, develop, maintain and support the Partner Mentoring Program including establishing and sustaining partner relationships.
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks Include:

Monitor and maintain Partner database
-
Review and manage Partner database to ensure partners are giving and have proper tags
-
Verify and release partners exiting program
-
Verify and welcome new partners
-
Add and remove partners based on PayPal, Kindred and other specialized reports
-
Run a current Partner list and give to Doug for prayer
-
Manage the private Partner Facebook group
-
Moderate all posts and comments
-
Create daily / weekly posts and engage daily with FB members
-
Gathers prayers requests and prays over Partners
-
Upload monthly Partner video to FB group
-
Monitor and respond to FB messenger from Partners
-
Keeps Partners updated on all IC events, trainings, specials, etc.
-
Create safe environment for interaction and support
-
Write Partner summary of Doug’s Partner video & submit for approval
-
Daily check Partner account and IS notes and tasks
-
Manage the Community Forum in Memberium Partner section
-
Answer Partners via emails through FuseDesk, FB posts and private messages, Memberium Member portal
-
Draft and send out monthly Partner update email
-
Provide mentoring care to Partners including phone calls
-
Customer Support back up as needed
-
Other services as requested
Proficiency and Skills
-
High attention to detail in all aspects of their work, is able to trouble shoot and problem solve

Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software utilizing Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
-
Documentation skills
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Computer skills and able to grasp new software quickly
-
Excellent interpersonal skills and able to listen and relate well with others
-
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing, maintaining good relations externally and internally

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Handle confidential and sensitive Partner data and information with the highest integrity

Qualifications:

Possess a passion for God and desire to see the Kingdom of God advanced on earth.

Experience with the software, internet and services listed above.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality styles.

Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as handling skills via phone, email, social media, etc., and active listening.

You must have high-speed Internet with a backup plan in the event your Internet goes down during a critical deadline.

Appropriate industry experience. A positive, energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional image.

A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Five or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Considerations
There is a difference between working in a corporate versus a ministry environment. It is necessary to understand a “culture of honor” toward Doug and our leadership team.
We require people who have had ministry school training and necessary inner healing along with the experience and background to hold up under the pressures of a busy active ministry.
Even though this is a contractor position, please note that we operate on a Pacific Time schedule. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who feels called to this by God and not someone who just needs a job.

Salary
This is a contractor position and the pay is hourly and based on experience.
