Making a Purchase

We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Your card will be billed as INLIGHT CONNECTION

Subject to change

When confirmation of order is received, this is to
indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that
a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order,
and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake
has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or
we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to
ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping Costs International

At this time we charge a flat rate of $25 for most
international orders.

When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of
this country you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are
levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local
customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from
us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all
laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Wholesale Orders

to set up volume discounts for books stores or churches.

Tax Charges

Orders of taxable items shipped to an address within
California will be charged 8.75% CA Sales Tax.

Resale

If taxable items purchased are for resale then please
contact us (contact information above) and provide us with a Reseller’s
Permit number and sales tax will not be charged.

Delivery Policy

Shipping and handling rates are dependent on what
you buy and where the items are to be sent. You will be notified of
the cost of shipping during the checkout process.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for
you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order
if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy

If the wrong product has been shipped to you we will
replace the product at no cost to you. If the product is returned to
us with marks or damage, we are unable to apply a credit for you.

Please send the package including your packing slip
to the address listed above.

We require your name, address, telephone number, the
credit card number as well as the expiration date on the card that you
used to purchase the products with, or copies of check or money order
if paid this way. If we do not receive this information, we will be
unable to credit your account.

Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your product we will accept
a return if the product is returned to us in resalable condition, meaning
that it must not have bent corners, marks on any pages and be in new
condition. We require you to pay the shipping to return the product
to us. Once we receive the products and determine that they are in resalable
condition, we will apply a credit to your credit card, less a 10% restocking
charge if product shows wear. If you paid by check or money order, we
will mail you a refund check once the above conditions have been met

This returns policy does not affect your statutory
rights.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card
numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted
after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any
web site.

Privacy Policy

We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties
other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment.
In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to
any other third party. You should also be aware of our web site privacy
policy.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our web site,
policies, and these Conditions of Sale at any time. You will be subject
to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Sale in force at the
time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless
any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made
by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders
previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid,
void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed
severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure
to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or
failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action,
we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other
situation where you breach these conditions.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the United Sates of America. You agree,
as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the US.
