We are in this special time of the year—between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, two major Jewish holidays—when the spiritual realm is open. I don’t know if you can feel it, but there’s a major shift happening!

This 10-day period between these two holidays is called the Days of Awe, when the spiritual atmosphere is ripe to hear from God and get a breakthrough.

While we’re no longer under the Jewish Law of Moses, God still operates on both the Jewish and our English Gregorian calendar as well. It’s the time of year when the Jewish people believe, traditionally, that God examines our lives for the purposes of promotion. God is moving like never before, so let’s get ready!

Whether you listen to this now or later, it doesn’t matter. What I am saying is that this period of time—starting today with Rosh Hashanah—is really going to open things over you.

In this Spirit Connection podcast episode, my special guest is Dr. David Herzog, a good friend of mine who understands all this very well.     David Herzog prophecied over a woman sitting on the couch, white hair and over weight – that is me. He prayed for darkness to leave; I had a dream last night of being in the dark and a lion was outside my house. It was pitch dark and I could not see the others as we were afraid of the lion and running away. Looking for breakthrough. Jan Wyborny

    WOW!!! I ALWAYS am blessed by Doug and yes, “The Feasts of The L-rd” , as David said, are always a special time. I’ve had to spend them alone as my family were all killed in The Holocaust but G-d directs me and is with me. David has really flown in The L-rd. I first him in 1999 with Ruth Heflin and she always said. “There is ease in n the Glory”. Way back then David had gold teeth in his meetings.

    Alot makes sense now. I’m not cryin out for more of Him for nothing. I see better right now then I’ve seen in a long time. Ive gone from church & leadership to my house me & Jesus.     I am so blessed. I was so down yesterday and it seemed like nothing was moving for me, career, healing, moving out and other prayers i had, but God had put in my heart Dec. 2016 that 2017 would be my year of the LORD’S manifest signs and wonders. I am encouraged and to remember even in the low times declare the blessings on my life. God is lifting me up in more of His Spirit anointing and i will see His glory, I will see His signs and wonders. Thank you all and God bless you.. And Dr. Herzog, please come to Kenya.
