Doug Addison is the founder and president of InLight Connection. Doug is a prophetic speaker, author and coach. He is best known for his Daily Prophetic Words and Spirit Connection webcast, podcast and blog. Doug’s message of love, hope and acceptance reaches people around the world! His powerful, lighthearted style of teaching and coaching helps open people to discover their spiritual identity and personal destiny as they experience God’s supernatural love and power. He and his wife Linda live in Los Angeles, California where they are impacting the arts and entertainment and media industries.
Linda Addison
Linda Addison is the financial overseer, board secretary and co-founder of InLight Connection with her husband, Doug. Linda is passionate about reaching people from every walk of life. She enjoys art, sightseeing, reading and especially loves walking on the beach with Doug.
Krista Abbott
Dr. Krista Abbott is the Product, Content & Marketing Director for InLight Connection. Krista has an earned PhD in Theology, is an ordained minister, as well as a certified trainer, speaker and coach with the John Maxwell Team. Krista has 20+ years of service in Executive Leadership roles in both the private and faith-based arenas; has directed Operations & Communications divisions, and led teams of 350+ employees and 14+ programs. Additionally, she has over 10 years experience in internet marketing, self-publishing, and product development. Krista is passionate about Kingdom advancement, destiny fulfillment, and helping others embrace the unconditional love of God. In her spare time, she enjoys adventure- travel with family and friends.
Nisa Lehman
Nisa Lehman is the Executive Assistant to Doug Addison, Event and Intercessor Coordinator for InLight Connection. She lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Cory. She has been in ministry for over 20 years as a missionary, youth leader, and behind the scenes as an operations manager or project manager. She is passionate about loving well – loving God and loving others. Her favorite place to be is somewhere beautiful in the great outdoors in the mountains, by a lake, river or ocean. In her spare time, she loves making things beautiful – refinishing furniture, wall art and crafting.
Kirsten Larsen
Kirsten is the Online Web and Systems Manager for InLight Connection. She has worked in the web and graphics field for 15+ years, with a BFA in graphic design from Cal Poly, SLO and a Masters in Education. Her favorite word is Transformation and she loves to see it spread into everything she does. She loves to use web design and development to see ministries and lives transformed. Along with her web work, she ministers and teaches inner healing & Sozo, is a health & wellness coach, and loves seeing transformation in people’s hearts and lives. You’ll find her running and biking the trails in Pasadena, California.
Julia Stodden
Julia Stodden is the Bookkeeper and Office Manager for the InLight Connection Santa Maria business office. She joined the InLight team in 2012. Julia is a passionate worshiper and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves the prophetic and dream interpretation, and is on the leadership team at church. She and her husband, Andy, have been married thirty years and have four adult children.
Diana Woods
Diana is an Online Media Specialist and has enjoyed collaborating with InLight Connection on audio and other media projects since 2007. She self-describes as a foodie, worship dancer and percussionista. Being a God enthusiast, she is compelled to pursue the unseen, hidden realms of intimacy and is fascinated with color, light, sound and frequency. She loves dream interpretation and music. Though Diana is a former corporate IT professional of 14 years, she served ministries for the last 15 years with her passion for audio editing, book editing, voice-overing and proofreading. She often works on the back porch of her tiny cabin in Moravian Falls, NC while listening to a babbling brook and watching the fireflies dance. In her downtime, she enjoys her fabulously interesting collection of friends … exploring the endless mysteries of God.
Jordan Alex
Jordan is the amazing Webmaster Assistant for InLight Connection. She is a 3rd year BSSM grad, and Bethel School of Tech grad. She loves Jesus and making Him known to everyone around her. She’s passionate about hearing the voice of God for herself. Her dream is to start multiple businesses that will fund the harvest; sending missionaries around the world, sharing the gospel. In her spare time, Jordan loves spending time with family and friends.

Javonni our Partner Coordinator. She is a devout lover of Jesus, dream interpreter and graduate of Bethel School of Ministry. She is passionate about creating a life-giving community.
Kelly Tallent
Kelly Tallent is the Digital Graphic Designer for InLight Connection. From life on an Oregon dairy, and thirty-year evolving business in the sign industry, she now does most work remotely from Redding, CA. Combining years in the sign trade with a master’s in Communication, she prays to, effectively, bring God’s Truth through text and images. Work has always doubled as a hobby, but her greatest pastime is being Nana to three grandchildren and a support to the family. She’s often been told that laughter will be her legacy.
