Sword of the Lord
The Lord is releasing the Spirit of truth and the sword of the Lord. This is revelation and understanding into His word to get deeper wisdom and healing.
God’s Kingdom cannot be shaken
He’s moving in His Kingdom and His Kingdom cannot be shaken.
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” Hebrews 12:28–29 NIV
Another powerful part of the word this month is that we need to be very thankful, worship the Lord and allow the consuming fire—in a good way—to burn away the things that are not of Him.
The Lord is calling you by name—do not be afraid
But now, this is what the Lord says—he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” Isaiah 43:1 NIV
Being kept safe
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. Isaiah 43:2 NIV
One of the most powerful things going on right now is the fruit of continuing to pray each day.
Jesus told us to pray like this: Say, “Peace, be still” to the storms. Also pray, “Lord, protect us from accidents, injuries and disasters.” Linda and I pray this every day.
We want to pray for the victims as well. I don’t quite understand the details of suffering. I know suffering causes perseverance… and the Lord doesn’t want us to suffer. He wants us to press in, rise above our situations and get the breakthrough that we need.
