Position: Online School Coordinator

Status: Part-time, 10-15 hours per week—CLOSED

Location: Virtual, contractor position. U.S. or Canadian applicants only.
Position Overview
Primary Responsibilities and Tasks Include:
-
Manage the private student Facebook group(s)
-
Moderate all posts and comments
-
Create daily / weekly posts and engage with FB members
-
Includes interactive questions to support curriculum and individual growth
-
Monitor and answer FB messenger from students
-
Monitor and Maintain Student database
-
Greet new students within 24 hrs and make sure tags are correct
-
Add / delete members based on active subscriptions, add / remove tags for student access
-
Communicate with students to keep subscription active and current
-
Monitor new and current student activity in shared spreadsheet
-
Work closely with finance team to ensure eligibility requirements are current and communicate with students as needed
-
Moderate and reply to comments in community portal forums for any and all schools
-
Answer student emails through FuseDesk related to online schools, trainings and webinars
-
Provide mentoring care to students and alumni
-
Draft and schedule email communication to students
-
Coordinate scheduling of live mentoring calls with Doug’s EA
-
Set up and attend monthly Live Mentoring Call
-
Review and help create online curriculum as requested/needed
-
Run a current student list and give to Doug for prayer
-
Other services and special projects as requested.
Proficiency and Skills

High attention to detail in all aspects of their work, is able to trouble shoot and problem solve

Experience using spreadsheets and word processing software utilizing Microsoft Suite and Google Drive

Documentation skills

High degree of organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Computer skills and able to grasp new software quickly

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to listen and relate well with others
-
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both verbally and in writing, maintaining good relations externally and internally

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Handle confidential and sensitive Student data and information with the highest integrity

Qualifications
-
Possess a passion for God and desire to see the Kingdom of God advanced on earth.

Experience with the software, internet and services listed above.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personality styles.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and as well as handling skills via phone, email, social media, etc., and active listening
-
You must have high-speed Internet with a backup plan in the event your Internet goes down during a critical deadline.

Appropriate industry experience. A positive, energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional image.

A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Five or more years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Considerations
We require people who have had ministry school training and necessary inner healing along with the experience and background to hold up under the pressures of a busy active ministry.
Even though this is a contractor position, please note that we operate on a Pacific Time schedule. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who feels called to this by God and not someone who just needs a job.
