Tony shares that this is the time we need to continue declaring and decreeing God’s Word, because we exercise Heaven’s authority with a sound—with a shout! When we decree a thing, it will happen because we are literally decreeing what’s already on the heart of God and what’s already been echoed in Heaven. Your words are powerful!
