It’s Time to Decree God’s Word

In this special excerpt, Tony Kim shares how important it is to decree and prophesy in this season.

Tony Kim started out by sharing that we are in the new Hebrew calendar year of 5784. 

God is shaking up way more than the enemy could ever shake up! When the enemy shakes things, it’s for destruction … but when God shakes things up, it’s to bring us into perfect alignment with what He’s doing in the Kingdom.

According to the Hebrew calendar, we’re in the decade of the 80s, which is the decade of the mouth—the Hebrew letter pei. We need to continue decreeing and declaring God’s word!

We exercise Heaven’s authority with a shout! That’s why God always had Judah go first into battle. They knew how to route the enemy with sound, declaration, and decree. 

God doesn’t do anything without revealing it to Hhis prophets first (Amos 3:7). There’s something about Heaven’s partnership, and when we decree a thing it happens… This is because we’re literally decreeing what’s already on the heart of God and what’s being echoed in Heaven.

Don’t stop prophesying, proclaiming, decreeing and declaring!

Tony also shared about how many of his prophet friends told him that they weren’t going to be declaring as much as they used to. Tony said, “What’s wrong with you? You’re a prophet! You’re a gift to the body of Christ. You keep declaring and prophesying and let the body of Christ discern whether it’s the word of the Lord.”

We operate together as the body of Christ and a prophetic community. Decree the word of the Lord!

Reminder: This is the decade of the mouth. It’s a decade of faith. Go deeper with the Lord. This is an invitation into intimacy. This is the “deep calls unto deep” season!
