Scope: This Testimonial Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is to be used by the customers, partners, or students of InLight Connection and/or Doug Addison who want to share how they have been impacted by and/or have experienced a breakthrough (destiny, healing, finance, restoration, encountering God’s love and the supernatural, etc.) through InLight Connection and/or Doug Addison.
Thank you for your willingness to submit a testimonial. Please carefully review this document and complete the required information for submission to the InLight Connection Team. This testimonial will be reviewed by the InLight Connection Team and Doug Addison for consideration.
Consent to Release: I hereby authorize InLight Connection and/or Doug Addison to use my written and/or video testimonial, together with my name, for promotional purposes to make use of, reproduce, and modify, in any and all of its publications, marketing, advertising, emails, social media platforms, websites and by any means, methods and technologies now known or hereafter discovered including for any other lawful purpose without receiving any monetary compensation for providing my testimonial.
In addition, I give my consent to InLight Connection and/or Doug Addison to edit my written and/or video testimonial for clarity or to eliminate spelling errors and to publish edited or partial versions of my written and/or video testimonial. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written and/or edited video wherein my likeness or my testimonial appears.
However, InLight Connection and/or Doug Addison will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to change or distort the meaning of the original message.
Right to Revoke: I understand I have the right to revoke this Agreement at any time by providing written notice of my revocation and submitting it to help@dougaddison.com. I also understand that revocation of this Agreement will not affect any action InLight Connection and/or Doug Addison took in reliance on this Agreement before receiving my revocation. Therefore, I acknowledge that it may be difficult or impossible to remove my written and/or video testimonial from all sources.
I have read and I fully understand this agreement contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
