The Lord Is Releasing Hope in This Season

In this special excerpt, Doug Addison is back from sabbatical and ministering to the Partners. He answers two specific questions.

Partner question: How do you see mantles being released in this season?

Doug’s answer:

Some people might wonder what a mantle is. These are gifts and callings of the Lord … an anointing or presence of the Lord.

What’s being released in this new year is a time of hope. I saw the presence of the Lord right now … renewed hope. I’m seeing renewed hope as a mantle.

If you want to grab onto anything, no matter what you call it, grab onto the hope of the Lord right now … I’m just seeing renewed hope as a mantle of hope.

Hope does not fail. The Lord does not fail—He will not fail you!

It’s so important right now to be at peace. The Lord is releasing peace from Heaven … because it’s part of “Peace, be still.”

It’s amazing, that prayer of Jesus’, “Peace, be still,” because in that place of stillness is healing, hope, restoration and new energy.

You know, you can have energy in the place of rest.

I believe right now that the Lord is releasing breakthrough, and the breakthrough angels are here. Thank You, Lord!

Partner question: What was the biggest take away from your sabbatical?

Doug’s answer: 

Well, the biggest takeaway was the amazing amount of support. We had the prayer, support of the InLight Connection Team, my friends, peers, and my spiritual overseers.

Many of my friends, peers, and overseers were on the Spirit Connection podcast and Monthly Mentoring Sessions. I got a chance to reach out to all of them and thank them.

The biggest takeaway for me was how much support we have … and for all of you. That was so powerful!

Along with that, was the healing and restoration ministry times that I went to. I went to several conferences and soaked in the presence of the Lord. I received personal ministry with different churches and ministries. We’re so grateful! Our local church was also a powerful part of this.

So, we had the local church and the support of the InLight Connection Team. The support of the Lord, and the people who kept everything going … and all the followers on the internet.

There’s an increase happening as I’m saying this …

I saw a shift happening for those who need a church, or support, and also for those who need prayer.

I just can’t believe it’s been a year! And I’m coming out of this in a way better place.

I’m so grateful to our apostolic overseers … Harvest International Ministries with Papa Ché and Harvest Rock Church, Cindy and Mike Jacobs Ministries, our entire InLight Connection Team, board of directors, the overseers, and the different churches we got to visit to just soak in the presence.

Other times, the warfare was so intense, but the Lord is greater. Even right now we declare that the Lord is greater in all things.
