In this special excerpt, Doug Addison is back from sabbatical and ministering to the Partners. He releases what the Lord is showing him in this season.

The Lord is releasing new things. He’s stirring us up right now in a good way. This is to prepare us for a major transition that’s taking place.
One of my favorite verses is, Isaiah 59:19: When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.
The enemy has come in… There’s been stuff happening, and maybe you’ve experienced it personally or you’ve seen it in the US or around the world. There have been storms and floods, but also the enemy has just come in like a flood.
You can see what’s happened with our website… That was an attack against our finances, and an attack to bring discouragement. It came in like a flood. But the Lord is raising up a new standard! He’s releasing warring angels. He’s also releasing greater anointing, spiritual gifts and healing.
So, Lord, we pray right now that You would do that… Stir us up and release things. Father, we thank You for the good things that are happening.
There’s so much going on right now. It’s best to focus on positive things. Find something good you can focus on each day, even if bad things happen to you.
A change of seasons is happening right now.
You have planted much, but harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it. Haggai 1:6 NIV
Maybe you’ve felt that way… Many people feel like that, us included… We’ve done a lot during this season. We’ve worked hard and we’ve been praying hard. It’s not that we haven’t seen the Lord move, because we have seen Him move, but maybe the answers to your prayers have not happened yet.
For some, it’s as if they’ve earned wages and put them in purses with holes, like what’s mentioned in the verse. But I tell you right now—breakthrough is here.
The Lord is making major changes to things. You’re going to see a financial breakthrough. We’re also praying for a financial breakthrough! We’re coming into agreement for breakthroughs in all these areas.
‘I will shake all nations, and what is desired by all nations will come, and I will fill this house with glory,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty. ‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty. Haggai 2:7-9 NIV
The above verses are actually a positive thing. He says He is going to shake the nations and their desires. If you look at the context, it’s positive. The glory of the Lord will come, and the Lord Almighty says, “The silver and the gold is mine.”
The Lord is doing a shaking right now. We’ve gotten some spiritual warfare, it’s been high-level, but the Lord is calling us to stand.
When you’ve done all else… stand, take authority and take steps.
‘The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house,’ says the Lord Almighty. ‘And in this place I will grant peace,’ declares the Lord Almighty. Haggai 2:9 NIV
He’s going to bring greater glory! He’s going to bring greater glory than the former house… or how the former things have been operating.
We declare, “Peace, be still” to any storms that are going on.
The Lord is bringing in greater glory, anointing and peace. Ultimately, He’s bringing breakthroughs in many areas of our lives, including financial, and in the area of peace.
Lord, would You release this over us right now? The enemy has come in like a flood, but You’re the only one who can raise up the new standard, and we pray right now that You would do it. Bring Your strategies, bring about Your plans.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you. Psalm 32:8 NIV
There are new instructions coming.
The Lord is bringing about supernatural wisdom and instructions. And rest assured that no matter what it looks like in the natural realm, the Lord’s loving eyes are upon us. He’s releasing His plans, His instructions and protection over us in Jesus’ name.
Thank You, Lord, for this. We just ask that You would release this part of the word as well. That You would release “Peace, be still” to the storms.
Just take a deep breath of that peace. I breathe this peace every day. I just take a breath of the Lord. I close my eyes, and I breathe in the presence of the Lord.
Teach me, Lord, the way of your decrees, that I may follow them to the end.

The Lord is speaking through the Bible. He’s moving right now by Bible verses to decree. I teach this every month. You can use these Bible verses to decree. The Lord is speaking right now, and He’s decreeing things.
Praise be to the Lord, for he has heard my cry for mercy. Psalm 28:6 NIV
We cry out, Lord, for mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment. We know this, and we cry out right now! Father, we pray for greater levels of protection, anointing and glory. We pray over this word. We are Your hands and feet. We are the body of Christ. We pray over everything right now in Jesus’ name.
