We Are Standing and How to Help

We’ve been walking through a time of difficulty, but we’ve been pressing into the Lord.

We want to thank all of you who have been helping us.

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10 NIV

I’ve been talking about using Bible verses, praying, decreeing, coming into agreement with others and then pressing into the Lord.

This is the time right now to press into the Lord! Isaiah 41:10 and Psalm 91 will help you get the strength to be encouraged.

Especially this week, there’s a shift and the Lord is moving!

Trust in the Lord and stand

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5–-6 NIV

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and don’t lean on your own understanding.

The word understanding has the word “standing” in it. And that’s what we’re doing!

The Bible says that when you’ve done all else, stand (Ephesians 6:13).

When you do this (use Bible verses and come into agreement with others) the Lord will indeed answer your prayers!

He’s with us no matter how it looks.

The battle belongs to the Lord

Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. Philippians 1:6 NIV

My good friend, Prophet Bobby Conner, just sent me this verse yesterday … and this word is for you too!

He who began a good work in you will carry it out to completion!

This is powerful! The Lord has not forgotten us.

We just need to stand and press in.

Even though we might not understand … it’s time to stand!

Our situation and how to help

Right now, Linda and I need some time off. We’ve been doing this for over two decades, and we’ve never taken a sabbatical. In fact, we started Inlight Connection twenty-two years ago on September 21st.

I am asking you to consider praying for us, our families, our friends, and our ministry.

Linda and I recently lost two close family members in the last few weeks. My sister and her husband went to Heaven. They both were very strong examples of faith.

Linda and I have been in a time of transition with our ministry. I was able to use the entire month of April for prayer and to receive counsel. I know this prepared us to go through what we are going through now.
