Travel Event Request Form

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event with Doug Addison and InLight Connection! To assist us in reviewing your request, please complete the form below. We will review and pray about your request. Please understand that we get many ministry requests and we will get back to you in a timely manner.

Here are a few requirements necessary to make the event successful:

• The host is responsible for airfare, accommodations and meals for Doug Addison and his assistant (if applicable).
• InLight Connection books flights and hotel and forwards necessary information to contact person for reimbursement prior to the event.
• The host provides transportation for Doug and assistant to the sessions.
• The host provides a table for resource in a visible, easily accessible location and volunteers.
• The host will receive an offering for InLight Connection and/or present an honorarium.

For reasons beyond our control, InLight Connection may have to cancel. Although this is uncommon, sometimes it’s unavoidable. InLight Connection will make every effort to minimize any financial or detrimental loss of any nature to the host, should it be necessary to cancel an engagement.
