• Position: Infusionsoft Administrator – POSITION FILLED
  • Status: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week
  • Location: Virtual contractor position, within the U.S.


Overview of Position

We are looking for an experienced administrator (not a developer) to help us manage our Infusionsoft® customer relationship management (CRM) process. This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Infusionsoft campaigns, mailings, as well as new product integrations and services.

This position also helps troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as it relates to the Infusionsoft CRM system integration with membership sites and our InLight Connection store, products and services. In addition, this position provides support and training to our end users, provides backup technical support to our web team and oversees the integration of third-party programs and processes.

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks Include:

Infusionsoft Campaigns

  • Works closely with our Operations and Communications/Content teams to set up and develop new Infusionsoft campaigns.
  • Ensures active campaigns are functioning properly, and keeps campaigns clean and up to date.
  • Coordinates and works to resolve complex issues in cooperation with the Online Operations Manager and the InLight Connection Infusionsoft Partner (consultant).

Infusionsoft Mailings

  • Ensures all campaign based emails are triggered properly and verified for publishing and delivery.
  • Provides training and assistance to users responsible for setting up weekly and monthly mailings to ensure they follow proper Infusionsoft procedures as well as InLight Connection procedures for mailing.

Webinars and Webcasts

  • Manages the integration between GoToWebinar and Infusionsoft with third-party applications such as PlusThis, YouTube Live, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Sets up webinar in GoToWebinar platform, schedules reminder emails to route through Infusionsoft, sets up purchase sequence integrations for paid webinars and monitors registration process.
  • Provides pre-broadcast technical support and setup for Doug Addison to ensure all systems are ready and functioning properly before live broadcasts on webinars and/or live webcasts begin.

New Product Setup and Delivery

  • Works closely with the InLight Connection Webmaster to ensure the proper setup and testing of online store items and develops test purchase action campaigns.
  • Resolves any issues with store or product purchases within the Infusionsoft system and ensures all product campaigns are properly functioning from purchase through delivery.

Customer Support

  • Assists and trains our Customer Support team in researching and resolving issues that are reported to our help desk.
  • Provides training and support to the Customer Service team for creating and scheduling of emails and email campaigns.

Membership Sites

  • Ensures the integration of third-party membership sites, such as Memberium and/or CustomerHub with Infusionsoft.
  • Ensures all product purchase and delivery tags are properly set up to display modules and partials, and that username/password verification tags are properly set up and triggered between Infusionsoft and the membership sites.

Administration and Maintenance

  • Runs regular maintenance reports, conducts audits as needed, and performs regular cleanup and maintenance of the Infusionsoft CRM, giving attention to areas such as contact records, tags, campaigns, email addresses and other pertinent records.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

The ideal candidate will have the following skill sets and qualifications:
  • Have experience with building and designing campaigns and autoresponder funnels, preferably within the Infusionsoft system.
  • Have experience and familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, GoToWebinar, setting up e-commerce and payment gateway systems, YouTube Live, Wirecast, etc.
  • Have experience with integrating third-party membership sites and systems within the sales and email campaigns.
  • Have experience maintaining a CRM system with a large customer database.
  • Agree with the core values of InLight Connection and want to help advance the Kingdom of God through Doug Addison’s ministry.
  • Have a spirit of humility, positivity, remain flexible, be willing and able to handle change, while maintaining grace and poise under pressure.
  • Be a detail-oriented self-starter, self-manager with a strong work ethic and a “get it done” mentality.
  • Be a team builder who focuses on the success of the entire organization.
  • Be a strategic thinker and a proactive problem solver who can execute solutions.
  • Must be technologically savvy and eager to embrace and learn new technology.
  • Must own a reliable computer with appropriate programs needed to perform the above responsibilities.
  • Must have high-speed Internet with a backup plan in the event your Internet goes down during a critical deadline.

Additional Considerations

We prefer people who have had ministry school training and necessary inner healing, along with the experience and background to hold up under the pressures of a busy, active ministry.
