Overview of Positon
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online operations of InLight Connection. Manage our webmaster, online customer service support, and product development staff. Work alongside our content marketing team to create training resources from concept to launch. Strong project management skills a must.
Primary responsibilities and tasks

Project manages all aspects of online training from conception to implementation.

Work with our staff to convert existing online webinars to e-books, printed books and expanded self-guided online courses.

Manage process and workflow with our self-publishing and writing staff to produce new books and e-books (Writing experience helpful but not necessary).

Responsible for seeing that all email newsletters and updates go out from Infusionsoft.

Oversee affiliate programs and develop joint ventures with other organizations.

Oversee our monthly donation partner program.

Manage administration, logistics, team building and infrastructure of a growing online ministry.

Recruit additional team members and train/manage them into their respective functions.
Qualifications
-
Have 3+ years experience in one or more of: the fields of online operations, project management, e-commerce, business management, team building or another related area of study or equivalent.

Be familiar with and/or practically experienced in all facets of online operations and project management.

Be a relationship builder, client service oriented and a team player.

Understand advertising, affiliate programs and joint ventures; be able to hold and cultivate key relationships.

Maintain and create a standard operating procedure or business training manual for the business.

You have a spirit of humility, positivity, are flexible, willing and able to handle change, while maintaining grace and poise under pressure.

You are a self-starter, self-manager with a strong work ethic and a “get-it-done” mentality

You are a team builder who focuses on the success of the entire organization

You are a strategic thinker and a decisive problem solver who can execute solutions

You must be technologically savvy and eager to embrace and learn new technology.

You must own a reliable computer with appropriate programs needed to perform the above responsibilities.

You must have high-speed Internet with a backup plan in the event your Internet goes down during a critical deadline.
Additional Considerations
We recommend people who have had ministry school training and necessary inner healing, along with the experience and background to hold up under the pressures of a busy, active ministry.
