Win a few lose a few

Linda and I were given some gift certificates to go shopping at the Canal Shoppes at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas. Sounds like a dream but it was reality. The gift certificates were for merchandise, not gambling. ?We happened to be in going to Los Angeles anyway so we went a few days early. We drove to Las Vegas for a night and went on a shopping spree – which was a lot of fun. But when I arrived at the airport, I found that my drivers license was missing. Last time I saw it was at the San Francisco airport where the angel woke me up in time to catch my flight. I don?t think the angel pick-pocked me. I also got my new Ray Ban sunglasses stolen by a valet parking attendant in Las Vegas. So after losing a few items and gaining a few new ones, it looks like things balanced out in the long run.
