July 15, 2012 Father of Lights Film Doug Addison Filmmaker Darren Wilson (Finger of God and Furious Love) is prescreening his latest documentary, Father of Lights. His movie is a look at God’s heart and love for people. I highly recommend going to one of the tour events and see this amazing film. I had the honor of being part of the project and I am in the film doing tattoo and dream interpretation in a Hollywood nightclub and on Venice Beach in Los Angeles. God is powerfully on the move outside of churches these days. When people say, “I am spiritual but not religious” they are trying to communicate that they long to connect with a supernatural, loving God but have not been able to do so through a church. We have such a timely (or wonderful) opportunity right now to show God’s love to people and it is really easy to do. One reason people are going to psychics is because they are longing to hear from God but Christianity has not offered them an accessible opportunity to do so.   Over the past ten years I have noticed an increase in the spiritual hunger in people. All we have to do is learn to communicate and connect with them in ways that make sense and do not seem irrelevantly outdated. People are asking, “what did my dream mean?” and are searching for spiritual dream interpretation.
