Prophetic Word: New Power and Greater Understanding

There is a lot to be excited about starting in the month of June. It is the time of Pentecost when God sent the power of the Holy Spirit to Earth in Acts 2.

“Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about. For John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit.” Acts 1:4–5 NIV

This originally occurred during the Jewish Feast of Weeks and is celebrated by the Christian Church as Pentecost Sunday. This year these times fall on June 8–10. The Lord told me to expect a powerful time this year.

Birthing 9 months later

Quite often (not always), it takes about 9 months for new things from the Lord to birth, similar to the birthing time of a baby.

June 19 marks 9 months since Yom Kippur (September 19, 2018) in which the Lord releases revelation and assignments for our coming year. We are no longer under the Jewish laws, but God still operates seasonally on the Jewish calendar.

I released this originally in my Prophetic Word for October 2018: Ancient Paths and Time of Transition. I had a dream and heavenly encounter on Yom Kippur about the Lord inviting us to a new level of intimacy and revealing hidden revelation this year.

The Lord has been speaking to me that there is going to be new freedom and greater levels of intimacy, power and authority released from Heaven to you.

This is coming at the same time as the promise of new Pentecost power.

Opening new gates quickly

I received this prophetic word from the Lord, and I had a vision during Passover of new gates open in the heavenly realm. He spoke 3 separate verses—Isaiah 60:1,11, 22

I am pulling them together so you can hear them the way the Lord spoke them to me.

1 “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.11 Your gates will always stand open, they will never be shut, day or night, so that people may bring you the wealth of the nations …22 The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.” Isaiah 60:1,11, 22 NIV

Starting this month, the Lord is shining His light and glory upon you. He is opening new things in the spirit that will never shut. There are going to be financial turnarounds. He is increasing favor over you, and He is moving quickly on things that were promised.

Impartation of understanding

During an encounter with the Lord last month, He spoke these words …

Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. Luke 24:45 NIV

I saw Him opening our minds and spirits to gain greater understanding into the Bible, our life season and situation. After this, I started finding solutions to my life in Bible verses that I had read before—but suddenly they became alive to me. Ask the Lord to open this to you, as well.

Removing Grief & Sorrow

“My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death.”
Matthew 26:38 NIV

Lastly, I saw a major demonic attack against people, getting them to feel stuck in a place of grief and sorrow. In some cases, it has brought sickness and death to spiritual gifts and authority.

The Lord is removing these attacks over people starting now. You might have to take a few steps to get this activated. But as you do, it will feel like grave clothes and weights falling off you.

I call forward the wounded warriors and those who have be slain during the difficult battles to get to where we are right now! I’m excited because God is going to release strategies and supernatural experiences that will break the spirit of discouragement and death.

    This is really speaking to me right now. I had a breakdown last night where evil made me feel stuck and disheartened. It’s crazy because this is all happening right before I’m set to leave for a religious leadership conference for working with our teens! It makes sense that I would be attacked.     We are living in the last day, that being the case we are to expect tribulations and even persecution. Jesus Christ said in the world you will have tribulation but to be of good cheer because He has overcome the world! Please search the Scriptures. Jesus warned that deception would characterize these times. The signs are all around us. In my flesh I hope you are right, but the Word of God points to more ominous times ahead.

    I have had visions and am fighting people who are trying to ressurect Satan. I have seen the sky open up. I have also seen during confession on a hill of the clouds coming down and a man standing behind the sun also angels in a swarm like presence please pray as a woman is also pretending to be me according to them

    Question: I have a deep intercession that comes on me and it feels like I’m birthing something but it’s much to big to push and I’m wondering what do you do? The travail feels too great for me alone. I’ve been an intercessor for years and have been able to work with the Lord to birth other things through but this one is like a roar. Can you suggest anything to help me to get this delivered? It came upon me again during worship and it has to do with the new sound that the Lord is releasing. I get to a point where it feels unbearable and then it lifts off but I never get to the point of release. Hope this makes sense to anyone out there that can help.

  67. Blessed with Promise. Blessed with Endurance.

    I am at the nine month mark of starting a new job that God called me into. It has been a very hard nine months with seemingly very little to show for it, but God is faithful and I know the blessing is at work in my life because I am obedient. I have dug into the word and I’ve been seeking wisdom to get my breakthrough, but I’ve noticed a very strange thing. It has gotten harder and harder to praise and pray….. It feels like such a burden is weighing my spirit down and although I choose not to be depressed and I choose to cast my cares over to God, it is very, very hard to not feel overwhelmed. I want to be overwhelmed by God’s love and blessings and joy, but it’s been harder and harder to worship and tell my flesh that I am prosperous in the spirit realm and the physical realm must line up with the spiritual. God would never bring something to the point of labor without delivering the promise. How do I get my attitude of praise and worship back? I can’t do this without God! I know he is faithful to bless his children. I know he never fails. I have such big dreams and this has been a hard season to keep the dreams alive. How do you birth a promise that feels so overwhelming without letting go of other dreams? How do you praise before your breakthrough in the face of giants that were sent to kill you? How do you keep your heart so steadfast on God’s word, that you know your breakthrough will still come even if you’re only five minutes away from failure? God is always on time, but whenever I try to pray recently, I end up sobbing before God. My soul feels so heavy.
