Getting New Vision and Increased Provision

October is going to be “rock-tober.” 

The Lord is going to rock things open for you in a good way. He is going to strengthen the foundation under you and open the heavens over you.

The Lord is our solid foundation 

The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge… Psalms 18:2 NIV

We are transitioning into a new season and staying close to the Lord will get you through! Take refuge in Him and everything will work out. 

For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 3:11 NIV

Watch for the Lord to reveal Himself to you. He is going to visit you in dreams and visions and speak to you in ways that you will hear and understand. God is reconfirming things in your life and renewing your relationship with Him.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” Matthew 7:24-25 NIV 

Jesus tells us that if we put the Word of God into practice, we will withstand the storms.

For some people this will come easy and others might need to battle more based on your past or the level of your calling.

The Lord is strengthening your foundation and clearing out the negative atmosphere over you so that you will get a clear vision.

Clarity for greater financial blessings

I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing.
Genesis 12:2 NIV

The Lord wants to redefine some things for us. Prosperity is having the money, time and resources to do what God calls you to do when He calls you to do it.

The Lord is calling us to:

• Have enough money to fulfill what God is calling us to do
• Help supply the needs of others
• Be a blessing to people in times of trouble
• Support and fund the work of God through ministries and missions
• Develop streams of revenue to continue to give back into the Kingdom
• Positively influence the world instead of reacting to it

True wealth is not money

For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matthew 6:21 NIV 

True wealth and riches are a relationship with God our Father through Jesus (Colossians 2:2-3) and in the greatest commandment of love (Matthew 22:36-40). 

“Then Jesus said to his disciples, ‘I tell you the truth, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.’” Matthew 19:23 NIV

In this passage, Jesus was not creating a doctrine that we cannot have money. He was speaking to an individual who had made money his god.

Jesus was not against money and wealth. He even had wealthy people around Him! He talked about having our hearts and motives in line with God.

As we get healed of the issues of our soul, God can trust us with the true wealth spiritually (gifts and anointing) and earthly wealth (finances).

Now is the time

And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this.
Esther 4:14 NIV

This is the time that God is calling us into our royal authority.

It appears that Satan is winning this storm but the Lord has not forgotten us.

It is time to step up and be a blessing in the midst of the turmoil and storm.
