Thanksgiving Celebration Tradition Family Dinner Concept

Today we celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with our friends in the United States and this is a time for everyone around the world to be grateful.

In spite of how things look or feel, God is still in charge of things and He has not forgotten us. We can shift the spiritual atmosphere by coming into agreement together (Matthew 18:19).

There is power in agreement! I realize that as we come together with family members over the holidays, there might be a lot of disagreement, especially this year as the atmosphere is negatively charged because of political differences.

So how can we have agreement in the midst of disagreement? It is important for us to agree with God and bring the qualities of Heaven to our relationships on Earth.

“Here is a simple, rule-of-thumb guide for behavior: Ask yourself what you want people to do for you, then grab the initiative and do it for them. Add up God’s Law and Prophets and this is what you get”. Matthew 7:12–13 MSG

We can change the spiritual atmosphere over any relationship or situation by finding something positive about it.

Jesus did this with a Samaritan woman who had both political and religious differences with Him. He found something positive in her by calling her honest even though she was living a lifestyle of sin (John 4:18). This shifted her perspective and opened her up instead of closing her off to Him.

Here are a few simple steps you can take to change the spiritual atmosphere over your relationships and life:

1. Find ways to bless people (bless those who curse you).

2. Ask God to allow you to see people as He sees them.

3. Agree ahead of time to let go of past wounds and perceptions and let God do something new.

4. When you change your own perspective, you gain back what the enemy tries to steal.

5. Get out of a negative spin by focusing on something positive in a person.

6. Pick and choose your battles.

Share in the comments below YOUR tips and ideas for shifting the spiritual atmosphere for a more peaceful holiday.

Jesus said that “… the Kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21 KJV

That means we can bring God’s Kingdom and presence everywhere we go. I am so excited for what is coming to us. Though things have been trying for many people, God has some amazing plans for you.

Wishing you the best of holidays and God’s richest blessings over you and your family.

Blessings,

Sooooo true, Doug….!! I read somewhere where Gratitude is the YEAST in the whole dough of life.
Start small….and the Holy Spirit takes charge and raises our hearts to see as Papa sees. May we enter through the gates of thanksgiving and watch Him spill out, through the Court of heaven, His Son-drenched joy upon us……
    BLESSINGS….!!

A Period Of Peace: A Taste Of My Kingdom To Come

International peace between nations of an unusual degree
An unprecedented spirit of cooperation as Head of States see
doing the right things brings prosperity
A taste, a sweet taste of what My Kingdom will be !

To convert who are misled and gone astray, an extraordinary opportunity
America will lead the way, in establishing justice and liberty
To know the difference between My peace and the stage peace of the elite
My government instead of the NWO’s agenda and their deceit

I will take scissors and cut these bands of disasters and wars
Unmistakable world unity without intrigue and force
Honest agreements that benefit all; life and cooperation
Your prayers to change, even fulfilment of revelation

A wild man, his hand on violence as it is written
Against everyone and all his brothers to live in hostility
Evil powers will lay low, waiting for the opportunity
This will be the undoing of the period of peace, I have given

It will be short lived, pray for this taste
Especially the young will respond and be amazed
As concerns the man the world has laughed at; I will give him wisdom
My dear ones, continue your prayers for My Kingdom

Yes, together we are doing this, your repentance to pray
‘on Earth as it is in Heaven, Your Kingdom come !’
You have taken to heart, you will prosper in a healthy way
A Spiritual Renaissance, for My will to be done !

Great word! Thank you! Another way is to pray for their hearts and ours. May we display the exquisite love of God upon them. We are known by our love! Love God and love people! We are to hate sin and love people. Many times we confuse that. May we be reminded of the love of our precious Lord and extend His love always! Happy Thanksgiving!

Some wonderful points to remember any time of year.
Christmas is coming as well and these can definitely bring
more peace to the situation all year round.
May God Richly Bless you for all the time and energy put into giving the world a better perspective. Blessings sc.

I enjoyed this article very much, good timing. The only thing i seem to struggle with is getting the family into agreement. Now things have spiraled out of control and the home apart. I tried to restore but failed. Now, i’m leaving it up to God to do what He wants to do.
