My frustration had reached its limit...
This happened many years ago when I worked for a boss that was really over-controlling.
I finally realized this was a repeated pattern in my life: working for an over-controlling boss or an over-controlling leader who seemed to be limiting me.
Whenever I had an idea for something that I knew would work, they would shut me down and make me feel completely unworthy!
It seemed like I couldn’t do anything right even though I was a hard worker and did a great job.
I was so frustrated that I finally cried out to God and He spoke to me:

It was true. The negative pattern stopped happening and my relationships changed—even my job changed.
Once I was able to see it God’s way instead of my own, I began to bless instead of curse and that’s when the breakthrough came.
